In Races

We had a bit of an up and down weekend at Thruxton for Round 7 BSB Superstock1000. It’s a relatively new track to us, having only been once a couple of years ago as a rookie in the wet.

We made really good progress improving by a second or more in every session. Having made another change ready for the race, we felt we could go even quicker. Unfortunately, that wasn’t to be, not the ideal start and I’m sure it was the same for most but from lap one I was really struggling for grip with the bike moving a lot. I burnt myself out climbing all over it to hold of the group behind me. Finishing 26th and no improvement in lap time. All a learning curve and still making good progress. Looking forward to Cadwell in a couple of weeks βœŠπŸ‘
